HEALTHY HACKS

DIET? TALL? Want to have Long Lengs! YOU CAN!:)

Hi everyone! Sorry im not updating for almost a year already!:( Im busy (wth, joking...im not actually..hahahaha)

Well, everyone keep wondering how could i loss weight rapidly???how could i have long lengs??? well well..actually i don't have very long lengs tho! It is like too hyper-bowling for you guys sometimes! Hahahahaha..
But here is the tips from me!

HOW TO LOSS WEIGHT & HAVE LONG LENGS?

Nowadays, everyone (i mean MAJORITY OF GIRLS) is very obsessed in losing weight. Sadly, even they have been so skinny, they keep complaining & assume they are fat. LOL. i used to be one honestly, but, again, sometimes we are so depressed and frustated with our weight ofcourse. That moment, we diet rapidly, i.e. NO EAT for a whole day, only eat once, only eat fruits, etc. etc. etc.
WELL....NOW IM TELLING YOU..INSTANT RESULT WILL BE INSTANTLY LOST ALSO!
As today you lose 1kg, the next day 2 kgs, etc. but after that when you eat, you gain weight. LHO? hahahaha... it suppose to be a common problem for us right?

Today i wanna tell you that i lose my weight, not by strict diet, not by instantly (OF COURSE), but with a healthy style.
(NB: I used to be 58kgs! now is about 49-51kgs) and it took half year to make it stable:)


1. EAT 3 TIMES A DAY

Don't think that by eat less, you will loss weight? Yes, you will. but when you eat, you will gain again. LOGIC right? BELIEVE ME, eat 3 times a day won't let you fat! I eat 5 times a day. yeay!

2. DESSERT?



Would be thanks if you try to ommit dessert from your food plan for some circumstances. Why? because sugar makes you gain easier than fats. But still, fat loss harder than sugar. Got what i mean? (think it slowly)
Anway, dark chocolate is good for diet. PURE DARK CHOCOLATE(sugar free). If you are also a chocolate lover like me, just eat it. BUT control yourself. Eat little bars. Sometimes i might be hard to control myself also and i cheat! yes, im not-really-a-discipline person, so if you are, still could be tolerated. we are human what? hahahha..so, you could still enjoy your dessert, but i suggest, avoid it will be good!

3. SPORT


Yes, during losing weight, sport helps to make your body firms and burn a lots of calories also! Do your cardio 10 minutes a day. everyday.

4. DRINK A PLENTY OF WATER


Any website will suggest you to drink 1.5L-2.5L a day. So, don't forget to drink water for avoiding dehidrating during your healthy plan. 

5. COUNT YOUR CALORIES


I suggesr we keep counting the calories. Don't be less. Don't be over ofcourse.
Female suggestion is 1200-1550calories.
Male suggestion is 1250-2000calories.
All depends on your height. we all have different metabolism as well:)
